Original studies and posted trial results only. Reviews, opinion pieces, regulatory articles and trial registrations without results are excluded. Live search starts with 60 source records and can load up to five windows (300 records per source). Saved studies from earlier checks have a separate archive view. Historical collection checks Europe PMC and ClinicalTrials.gov; live search also checks PubMed when available. Neither collection is exhaustive. A study-year search limits journal records by publication year and trial records by the year results were first posted. Common spelling variants are included for some peptide names. “Source-provided order” groups records in each source's order; it is not a Pependium evidence ranking. Study-type labels use source metadata, title or explicit abstract clues and can still be unclear. Study design and registry enrollment appear only when the source reports them; estimated enrollment is a target, not an analyzed sample. Inclusion does not establish safety, effectiveness, approval or availability. No Pependium treatment recommendations are made.
