Account privacy

Notice customer-2026-10-25-v2. Pependium Labs LLC uses your email to confirm account access. We store email verification, a 21+ self-declaration, essential session records, an optional salted password hash and your marketing preference. Passwords are never stored as plain text. We do not request date of birth, ID documents or health histories.

Authentication links expire after 15 minutes; sessions expire after seven days. Expired authentication tokens, sessions and short-lived abuse counters are removed on account requests. Account and consent records are retained while your account remains open.

Product emails are subscribed by default under the registration notice and are separate from account access and research alerts. Change your preference in My account at any time. Email confirmation is not identity verification or approval to purchase.

Hosting/database: Cloudflare. Account access emails are delivered by Cloudflare Email Service from accounts.pependium.com. Email metadata and backups may be retained by the provider under its service policies; deleting an account does not immediately erase retained backups. We do not send product campaigns from this account-access service. Account information is not published or used to rank research.
